Wood Fencing — Done Differently.

There's something about a wood fence that just feels like home.

The warmth of it. The character. The way it frames a yard and makes it feel lived in — like it's always been there. Wood has a look that nothing else can match.

The problem is how most companies build it. Concrete posts. Holes dug in Saskatchewan clay. Two winters later, the posts are heaving and the fence is leaning. We've seen it on every street in Saskatoon — in Nutana, Caswell Hill, Silverwood Heights. Older yards, beautiful wood fences, ruined by the way they were installed.

We build it differently. Same no-dig, pipe-pound system we've used on vinyl fences for 17 years. Your wood fence posts will not heave, rot at the base, or lean over time. You get the natural beauty of wood. You get the durability of a system that's been proven for nearly two decades.

  • No concrete — posts do not heave or rot.
  • Same no-dig system used on 17 years of vinyl installs.
  • Cedar and pressure-treated options available.
  • Privacy, board-on-board, and shadow box styles.
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty.

Every Style. Every Yard.

We build wood fences in cedar and pressure-treated lumber, in every style. Whether you want full privacy, a classic board-on-board look, or the open feel of a shadow box — we have it.

Privacy Fence

Full-height boards with no gaps. The most popular wood fence style in Saskatoon. Solid cedar or pressure-treated lumber. Installed in Stonebridge, Rosewood, Willowgrove, and across the city.

Board-on-Board

Overlapping boards give you privacy from both sides while letting a little air through. A great choice for windy yards and corner lots. Looks sharp from the street and from inside your yard.

Shadow Box

Alternating boards on both sides of the rail — open enough to let light and air through, private enough to feel like your own space. A popular choice in established Saskatoon neighbourhoods like Nutana and Caswell Hill.

Cedar vs. Pressure-Treated

Cedar is lighter, naturally rot-resistant, and takes stain beautifully. Pressure-treated is heavier, more affordable, and built for longevity. We'll help you choose the right material for your yard and your budget.

The System That Makes the Difference.

Why Wood Fences Fail — And How We Fix It

Most wood fences in Saskatoon fail the same way. The posts are set in concrete. The concrete holds moisture against the base of the post. Over time, the post rots from the bottom up — and Saskatchewan's freeze-thaw cycle pushes the whole thing sideways.

We've been using our no-dig, pipe-pound system on wood fences for years. A steel sleeve is driven directly into the ground — no concrete, no moisture contact, no rot at the base. The post sits inside the sleeve. It will not heave. It will not rot. It will not lean.

We've installed wood fences this way in Confederation Park, Silverwood Heights, Erindale, and across Saskatoon — and they look exactly the same as the day we built them.
