Before we touch a single post or break a single piece of ground, we take the time to understand exactly what you want — and exactly what it will take to get there. We get it right on paper first, so the day we show up in your yard, we are building the backyard you actually imagined.

Discovery Call

Every great backyard starts with a conversation. We get on a call with you first — no pressure, no pitch. We want to understand your vision, your yard, your timeline, and what matters most to you. You get a real person, real answers, and a clear next step. This is where it all begins.

Step 2

On-Site Consult

We come to you. We walk your yard, take measurements, look at the grade, and talk through exactly what will work best for your space. For decks, we take everything we need to bring your vision to life. No hard sell. Just a straight conversation about what is possible and what it takes to get there.

Step 3

Fine-Tuning

We work through the details together until it is exactly right. You tell us what you want to change. We adjust. Once you are thrilled with the plan, we lock in your build date and get to work. No surprises from here — just the backyard you imagined, on its way.

Phase Two

Precision Execution

This is where it comes to life.

Your crew shows up when we say they will. You know exactly what is happening every single day. No wondering if we are coming. No radio silence. No surprises. Just skilled tradespeople doing what they do best — building something you will be proud of for decades.

Step 4

Countdown Email

The excitement is building. A few weeks before your build date, you get an email from us. Your start date confirmed. What to expect on day one. Who to call if you have questions. You are never left wondering — and by the time we show up, you are ready.

Step 5

Final Check-In

We are days away. We reach out to make sure everything is set. Gates unlocked. Dogs inside. Any last questions answered. We show up prepared so we can get straight to work.

Step 6

Project Kickoff

It’s showtime. We arrive on time. We work clean. We treat your yard like it is our own. This is the moment your backyard starts to change — and you will feel it from day one.

Step 7

Daily Progress Reports

Every day we are on your project, you hear from us. Photos of the progress. What we did. What is coming next. You always know where things stand — even if you are at work or out living your life.

Step 8

The Grand Reveal

This is the moment you have been waiting for. When the job is done, we walk through it together. We show you everything we built. We make sure you are 100% happy before we leave. We hand over your warranty. We do not go anywhere until it is right. Your backyard. Finally finished.

Phase Three

Lasting Excellence

The job being done is not the end. It is the beginning of a relationship.

We check in three times after every project — at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We want to know how your backyard is holding up. We want to know you are still happy. We want to make sure what we built is everything we promised it would be.

We call it the Triple Crown. It is our commitment to you long after the last post is in the ground.

Days After

We call to make sure everything looks exactly the way you imagined. How does it feel to look out at your new yard? Any small adjustments get handled right away. No waiting. No chasing us down.

Weeks After

We check in again. How is the gate swinging? How is the deck feeling? Any questions about your new fence or deck? We are still here — and we always will be.

Months After

One final check-in to make sure everything has settled in perfectly through the first season. This is your last chance to flag anything under warranty — and we mean it. Your satisfaction does not have an expiry date.
